Post Smart Failed

Hi all,
the basic mode web page in disk menu of my nas 35HD-DUAL-NAS-E, report that one disk failed the health control.
In the log page the part of the message different than the other that pass is in bold:
----------------------------------------------------------
SMART support is: Available - device has SMART capability.
SMART support is: Enabled

=== START OF READ SMART DATA SECTION ===
SMART overall-health self-assessment test result: FAILED!
Drive failure expected in less than 24 hours. SAVE ALL DATA.
See vendor-specific Attribute list for failed Attributes.

-------------------------------------------------------------
In the nas I have 2 identical disks (SAMSUNG HD103UJ) mounted in JBOD and the other one pass the smart control.

May be one disk is close to death?
What can I do, other than search for a new one to buy?

NAS Firmware Version : G5S604110026700

Many thanks to anyone can help me.

First thing to do is copy all of you files off of the gigaNAS before the suspect drive fails.  As you are using JBOD, all of your files are effectively lost once the suspect drive fails - which it is likely to do very soon, if not today!
